I’m so happy I found this test! It always felt strange to me that I had to live so clean and healthy just to feel okay. I was also really concerned about why, even when I was eating well and at a healthy weight, I still had terrible cellulite and vein issues. Since I started taking the recommended vitamins, I’ve noticed such a big change—my legs feel so much lighter, and the size of my veins has reduced significantly. I feel I have to submit a five star review to recommend Kylie Mathers and the Stride Health Group. I cannot recommend Kylie highly enough. I found her to be very professional and hugely knowledgeable in her field. Kylie took the time to explain the results from every section of the DNA test and in particular the Methylation side as this is something I was particularly interested in. Pleased with my experience with Stride . 60 year old man who has stopped eating gluten due to test showing high intolerance to it and it's made a difference to my general health . Would have liked more of a detailed break down of how much I was deficient in the vitamin's I was told I needed to address rather than food advice only which has help . Easy to under or over dose with supplements if you don't have a break down of required level . This may be available but couldn't find it . All in all it's well worth doing just to see what's going on with your body !

Excellent product and service

I did my due diligence and found Stride, even though relatively new in the game, serious, transparent and modern in their approach. I was not disappointed and would like to compliment Stride for excellent customer service, well delivered information and results and an outstanding follow up with dietitian Nomsa. Well worth the investment. Having done some own research, diet and lifestyle changes in beforehand the test still provided comprehensive new information that was helpful. If you are new to most of these questions and want to see what could be beneficial to develop in your life, I strongly recommend Stride.

Great Insight as you would hope. Took the full DNA test a few months ago & showed that i had some impaired functions. These can lead to issue further down the line, so i started targeted supplementation soon after(in methylated form). My blood levels are now as they should be. Very happy with the service also. Took around 10days for results.

Oh wow!!

Oh wow!! Well there are not enough words in my vocabulary to explain how amazing and friendly and passionate these people and this company are? 💯🥰. So I had a DNA test done a short while ago and it's blown me away of the amount of information that has been fed back to me some of it always aware of some of it I was not aware of I did the methylation which is basically to see what your body may be deficient in so you know to definitely supplement for that or it will give you the right foods etc to have and one's not to have. And I also did a nutrition test which again is just blowing me away of how thorough it is there's so much information, so I've been formed about some of the things that are really good that I do eat and some of the things I do eat that I know I shouldn't definitely shouldn't but it's just nice to have that back up and yeah obviously we all need to eat healthier especially in this day and age but to know which foods my body definitely needs is just so helpful. Service different levels of the test from a basic to maybe about five levels where you'll just be given so much information it almost feels like you'll have to do a small college course to understand all but wait a minute don't worry because you can have a video call with them and they will talk you through it all plus you can email them with any other questions so it really is so helpful they do have vitamins supplements, ones you want or the ones that your body is deficient in or you can at least find out which ones you need and then you can get them from this company or another company but at least with this company they've been methylated which means your body absorbs them 98% whereas maybe taking a capsule you might not get the whole thing could be 20% could be 80% etc. They also do in part of one of the tests not only nutrition but sleep stress fitness whole range of things so it's worth checking them out and there are a lot cheaper than some of the other companies it's been going about a year. And the gentleman who started it used to be a thinking athlete in the Olympics and so they were doing minor tests like this on him years ago as a decades he's done other things and has now started up his own company and I'm really glad it's about I've already bought some for family members oh and I forgot to mention whether you watch Gary brecker or Andrew huberman or other people like that sometimes whether you have anxiety or maybe a mental illness or other physical ailments a lot of that can be put right by supplement for the right nutrition or deficiency we might have so honestly it's a one-off test yet that's right a one-off test you only have to do it once in your lifetime so it's so worth it. Plus I've had an email saying that they do test bloods and stuff so they can find out so much about you so that you can conquer anything that's defeating you. Anyway I'm only a customer don't work for them but as far as I'm aware everything I have said has been 100% true to my ability of knowledge.

Life changing

I've had various health issues over the years. I saw Stride and after a few months hesitation took the plunge and ordered the optimal health test kit. The results were amazing. I knew I was susceptible to certain vitamin deficiencies and the test confirmed this and more that I was predisposed to having a raised need for. I had a good understanding of some of the report but the videocall to explain the report was excellent too, incredibly helpful. I bought some vitamins as recommended (no hard sell for me to but Strides products). They have made a monumental difference within days. I have so much more energy - able to exercise everyday with no fatigue. I am usually really tired in the mornings, instead I am waking up refreshed (only negative is I am waking up at hour earlier and also going to bed later as I'm just not tired!) My memory and concentration have vastly improved too. If you are in two minds whether this is a legitimate test, please do it and do the follow up free videocall. I've asked questions afterwards by email and Stride has responded to these too.

Extensive report with science backed data

I like the combination of receiving an extensive report and a call with a dietician. Great for using this as a starting point for researching a couple of directions. The suggestion I have is combining all the different recommendations per section to 1 advice with supplements and dietary guidelines.
