A great product. Each part of the experience has been smooth from ordering to delivery to results. Fantastic customer service which answered all of my questions quickly. The format of the results themselves were wonderful. Lots of clear snd concise information in the pdfs snd portal. I am old fashioned and would have liked the ability to print it off for my records with one push of a button but that’s a tiny tweak. Can’t wait to act upon my results. The insight they have given me has been inspiring and I feel it’s the best commitment to my health that I’ve made in a long while. Loved the whole experience . Highly recommend it.

Thanks for the information a lot too digest! I would like more input on what supplements I should be taking, I understand the the food recommendations , if there is Suppliments I should be taking to improve my health? because I eat pretty darn healthy! I Have tinnitus ringing of the ears and if there’s anything that shows a neurotransmitters deficiency that supplements can help please recommend! Methylation recommendations? Basically, what would you be doing if you had the same test results?

Deciphering my DNA for Health

It appears to be a very in-depth report covering all aspects of my health with achievable direction. From a lay person point of view, the bio-chemical reports are quite mind-boggling even with the accompanied explanatory sections however, after reading several times, I kind of got my head round it. I was encouraged by my son to undergo this test and having just reached my 60th birthday, I decided that I need to live a long life but importantly, a healthy life - this report has provided that guidance.

Quick service - good information

The process of doing the swab was quick. Once the report was received it gave good information with some advice on what to take , although it was a bit hard to understand in parts for me. I was hoping to get an outcome of my lactose intolerance but there was nothing there about that side for me. Good customer service when a report appeared not to open for me.

Really informative about what I'm lacking, in easy to understand language too. Only thing is it would be helpful if you could then easily order the personalised sachets as I've been told I need to use another link, do a generic test then wait for it to be updated with my formula

Great Service.

It really explained to me how my body works and what genes are responsible for various health issues. I think I need to have more information on the Nutrigenic side possibly some test that will highlight what I am not sensitive to. My test reports all show simple to understand instructions and advice.

Very interesting

I found this really interesting and it's easy enough to follow all of the information. I would have liked a pre booked appointment for the 1 on 1 to discuss it all and to discuss supplements. There was no mention of having the 1on1 so that needs to be added to the email when sending out results. There's a lot to take in so this will help. Also, I want to download the Methylation tests in PDF.

Great service and good value

It's what I expected plus a lot more. Lots of detail. However it's quite overwhelming and very scientific. Would be super useful if there was further explanation to what some of the things mean — explain it to your granny type thing! It does make sense generally, but I have lots of questions to clarify some things.
