Really informative about what I'm lacking, in easy to understand language too. Only thing is it would be helpful if you could then easily order the personalised sachets as I've been told I need to use another link, do a generic test then wait for it to be updated with my formula

Great Service.

It really explained to me how my body works and what genes are responsible for various health issues. I think I need to have more information on the Nutrigenic side possibly some test that will highlight what I am not sensitive to. My test reports all show simple to understand instructions and advice.

Very interesting

I found this really interesting and it's easy enough to follow all of the information. I would have liked a pre booked appointment for the 1 on 1 to discuss it all and to discuss supplements. There was no mention of having the 1on1 so that needs to be added to the email when sending out results. There's a lot to take in so this will help. Also, I want to download the Methylation tests in PDF.

Great service and good value

It's what I expected plus a lot more. Lots of detail. However it's quite overwhelming and very scientific. Would be super useful if there was further explanation to what some of the things mean — explain it to your granny type thing! It does make sense generally, but I have lots of questions to clarify some things.

I paid the 500 for the 10X testing and it was eye opening. I bought the whole package and learned that 3/5 of my DNA markers were (impaired). Because of this, I switched my diet immediately to the suggestions they gave, added Omega 3 supplement and a B complex supplement. I could feel the difference within a few days. Adding extra exercise to my daily routine and changing my diet have really helped. I added hydrogen water to my hydration requirements and it replaced my coffee completely. I think it helps with the processing of folic acid and improves nutrient absorption but doing everything I was advised to do has really made me feel better. The test was simple: rub gums, place in container, shake vigorously, mail back in postage paid envelope. I received the test results about 3 weeks later. I have a scheduled appointment with a nutritionist/or consultant? On the 30th. I’m curious about the Stride custom designed supplement formulas they offer because that’s awesome!

I cannot express enough how great my experience with GetStride has been. I first learned about genetic testing from Gary Brecka and was searching for a reputable company in London to carry out these tests. Initially, I was unsure which company to choose. Stride methylation test....

This was a very incredible test it told me exactly what I was lacking in so now I can replace with vitamins do I can feel better in my self and I also found out that I should be eating gluten free foods do this test has helped me so much it's worth every penny I paid thank you....
