Life Changing, have now purchased more for my family

I have suffered from chronic health conditions for years now and have been treated with medication which doesn’t help much and certainly doesn’t cure . This DNA test has changed everything for me. I have learned unfortunately I have terrible genetics, can’t methylate and need lots of extra nutrition in areas I would never have thought of. Once you get over the disappointment of being born with dysfunctional genes you realise that with that specific knowledge, is power to get your health back, what to avoid, what to be aware of (higher risks for certain diseases) and more importantly what you can do to strengthen your body through vitamins, amino acids, oils and minerals. Life changing info that can be both preventative and natural treatment for better health, energy and wellbeing . An amazing company . The vitamins sachets are delicious too!

Interesting

It was easy to do the swab. The results came and easy to read . I had a consultation to go through my results - everyone I spoke to on the phone or by email were very friendly. I found my results very Interesting and found out a lot - esp what the doctors don’t tell you . I would recommend it opens your eye to lots of things about yourself .

Test Results

Amazing detail lots of information provided but unsure where to turn for guidance within the dashboard on understanding what it means for me day to day. Some simpler fixes and solution in nutrition report but the methylation report in particular is a challenge if you are not knowledgeable and still learning. Will need to conduct some research to get the full benefit from the report.

The service was in line with their timelines and the report is comprehensive but I am not sure it gave me any more information than my standard blood tests but likely because I don’t fully understand everything I.e. I know I am folate and some B vitamin challenged but what I really want to know is can I fix this or is it something I just have to ensure I am taking supplements or increasing in diet life long? The recommendations ultimately just say eat a healthy diet of whole foods, proteins and fats which is what I am already now doing. So the jury is out as to any major benefit based on the report which was expensive but hoped to get follow up with someone to discuss it or discuss their supplements as noted this testing is free if you subscribe to their supplements which is a little frustrating as I may have gone that route if it was clear on the website as a better financial option. I think this is likely great for someone who is already healthy and looking to hit their peak health but not for someone like me that is impaired in most areas trying to reverse inflammatory diseases. Service good though and did confirm what my blood tests already highlighted in deficiencies which are clearly due to methylation not working properly rather than just diet related but still can only be addressed with diet and lifestyle.

These reports are very technical, but you do get a lot of useful information, you also get the ability for a free post consultation to review and explain what the various test results mean, and how to optimise your diet to maximise health.

Instructions could be better

Delivery was good/fast. I was having the packages sent to a friend in UK, who were then bringing out to me in Spain. I looked on website for instructions, such as not eating beforehand, and how you would know which test was from who (bought a test for myself and one for wife, but couldn't find anything. Anyway, did the test and wrote name on vial, sealed packages, only then to notice on the inside of box, a QR code and website link to instructions. Had to open packages again and find the test allotted code. I realise the info is on the box but it's quite small. It would make sense to either include a sheet inside the box with full instructions, or make the instructions on the actual box and in bigger font. Tests will not be back to you at time of writing but looking forward to results.

Using this product for almost 4 weeks, love the fact that all vitamins I need are in one liquid pack. The product it self seems very sweet if taken straight from that sachet, but diluted in water is perfectly fine.

Game changing
