Regular as clockwork

Two things - the delivery of my next bottle of pills is as regular as I need it to be and also the way in which my bowels seem to have regained a rhythm - all good. I don’t really know if mental clarity or better cognition has come on as much but I guess one can hope that with a healthier gut, those too will improve.

You don’t know what you don’t know

I’ve been having internal health issues for 3 years. GPs & NHS unable to get to root cause. I’d been guessing at my diet and supplements. I’d taken a private blood test (not Stride) & after much research discovered the role of genetics & MTHFR issues. Now after my personalised report & chat with the Stride dietitian… I’ve got a plan. It may not work but anything is worth a try. I wish I’d taken the Stride blood test first but you don’t know what you don’t know!

I found it very interesting finding out what my body needed and what it wouldn't absorb. Looking into a range of conditions etc. I had a free consultation after with a very knowledgeable lady who helped me to understand my body. Really worth doing. Now ordering some vitamins that my body needs rather than taking a range of them.

Great health test.

You only need to carry out this methylation test once so it’s worth doing it right. I was impressed with the quality of the initial documentation that was sent out. While I was dubious about having the in person review I’m so glad I did. I couldn’t believe how knowledgeable and insightful the lady was (apologies I don’t remember her name). They even send a transcript of the conversation which I thought was a nice touch. Would suggest that everyone carries out this test, and 100% recommend using Stripe to provide it.

Very informative and helpful DNA methylation test

The test was easy to take and send and the results came back fairly quickly, with an invitation for a follow up consultation with a Stride nutritionist. My follow up consultation was with Bianca, who is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, providing excellent, up to date advice, on how to modify my current supplementation and diet to optimise my health, using the results of the DNA methylation test. I would highly recommend Stride and in particular Bianca for the excellent advice provided

Easy to love

Love my daily Stride. Taste isn't amazing but I am also keeping in mind that these are vitamins/collagens/other suppl. so I was not expecting a tasty treat. This being said, taking my daily supplement is an easy step in my daily routine and makes me feel good - knowing I provide my body with the necessary so things run smoothly. Individual packets are easy to bring on short trips/vacation. Customer service is super helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a little health boost in the midst of our crazy lifestyle.
