Be prepared to be scratching your head, as all you have been told over these about your body, as in my case, was wrong and you need to understand and take on board the sheer amazement of your results, it’s a slow process as what to do first, which is a mind field, I can say though the first change I made was subscribing to taking stride MS-01 the difference that has made is astounding, I’m so looking forward to my new life now I have the correct background, my son has since completed the test and also why have I not been told this before, exciting health times ahead, great service stride, thank you

Stride provided a wealth of very useful insights from this test but the quality of the analysis you get from the one to one session is exceptional. Here’s hoping Stride go on to develop other DNA based tests to inform us on the risks of cancer and cognitive decline too! Very efficient from ordering and receiving pack, return and results. Received the pack within 48hrs and returned within 24hrs. They acknowledged receipt less than 24hrs later. Royal Mail tracked pre enclosed envelope. Results received in 6 working days Now I may have got the pony express but great service all round The results of test are very detailed…. But thankfully a synopsis of each is given in relation to effect and actionable response to each. EXCELLENT

I am always trying new supplements to support my health and this has been very simple. I use it to wash down my other pills in the am and I have been religious about taking it everyday. I have noticed my mood being sunnier but not sure if I am just in a better frame of mind or if this has something to do with it. I want to change the formula to add some of the recommendations from the DNA test but am not able to do so. I have emailed so hopefully customer service will respond on Monday (it is Sunday am).

One of the few take aways I got that was amazing is that I am actually NOT lactose intolerant. This is weird as I did the blood test for a few other companies to see what I am sensitive to and milk was on the list. The rest was not shocking. I opted in for it with my first month of Stride daily and was happy I did.
