Stride Methylation test

The test was super detailed, giving a broad spectrum of information. After the consultation I ordered the capsules to see if the Taylord supplements would help to realign my out of wack diagnosis. Not received yet, but worth a try

As a medical professional

As a medical professional, I am impressed with Stride and its DNA methylation test kit. I purchased the kit mainly due to having Multiple Sclerosis to find out the cause of my disease. Now that I have my results from Stride, I have learnt I have deficiencies in multiple areas that I would have never known about had I not taken the Stride DNA test. It amazes me, in the 21st century, that the NHS does not facilitate these tests before administering pointless, poisonous and toxic medications. Thank you, Stride! Absolutely love this. Gives you such a comprehensive view into your body, one you would never get from the doctors. It is sooooo interesting. Easy to read and understand- just haven’t figured out how to download it - need read it on paper - knowing my genetic mutation and advice on nutrition is great / having the findings explained and how they different methylation cycles and cofactors is really very helpful in order to use the correct supplements and methods of administration - thank you 🙏🏻

Fantastic service.

A great product. Each part of the experience has been smooth from ordering to delivery to results. Fantastic customer service which answered all of my questions quickly. The format of the results themselves were wonderful. Lots of clear snd concise information in the pdfs snd portal. I am old fashioned and would have liked the ability to print it off for my records with one push of a button but that’s a tiny tweak. Can’t wait to act upon my results. The insight they have given me has been inspiring and I feel it’s the best commitment to my health that I’ve made in a long while. Loved the whole experience . Highly recommend it.

Thanks for the information a lot too digest! I would like more input on what supplements I should be taking, I understand the the food recommendations , if there is Suppliments I should be taking to improve my health? because I eat pretty darn healthy! I Have tinnitus ringing of the ears and if there’s anything that shows a neurotransmitters deficiency that supplements can help please recommend! Methylation recommendations? Basically, what would you be doing if you had the same test results?

Deciphering my DNA for Health

It appears to be a very in-depth report covering all aspects of my health with achievable direction. From a lay person point of view, the bio-chemical reports are quite mind-boggling even with the accompanied explanatory sections however, after reading several times, I kind of got my head round it. I was encouraged by my son to undergo this test and having just reached my 60th birthday, I decided that I need to live a long life but importantly, a healthy life - this report has provided that guidance.

Quick service - good information

The process of doing the swab was quick. Once the report was received it gave good information with some advice on what to take , although it was a bit hard to understand in parts for me. I was hoping to get an outcome of my lactose intolerance but there was nothing there about that side for me. Good customer service when a report appeared not to open for me.
