Got the full package for my partner as an unconventional birthday present and he loved it. The test was easy to take, we sent it back to the lab and got the results back within 10 days. The results included his food intolerances/responses, vitamin needs, responses to stress and sleep quality, workout and recovery efficiency and his skin aging/oxidation, among other results. These were detailed and easy to understand. Would definitely recommend for upping your game in your steps towards a healthier lifestyle and understanding your body better.

Good product

Good product if you want to know more about your health. Arrived 2 days after ordering, was easy to use with clear instructions. Got my results about 10days later with alot of information to process, it's very interesting to read but hard to understand. I'm still waiting on my call to discuss the results. I've not had anyone follow up on that.

As a medical professional

As a medical professional, I am impressed with Stride and its DNA methylation test kit. I purchased the kit mainly due to having Multiple Sclerosis to find out the cause of my disease. Now that I have my results from Stride, I have learnt I have deficiencies in multiple areas that I would have never known about had I not taken the Stride DNA test. It amazes me, in the 21st century, that the NHS does not facilitate these tests before administering pointless, poisonous and toxic medications. Thank you, Stride! Easy to read and understand- just haven’t figured out how to download it - need read it on paper - knowing my genetic mutation and advice on nutrition is great / having the findings explained and how they different methylation cycles and cofactors is really very helpful in order to use the correct supplements and methods of administration - thank you 🙏🏻
