Very Clear Shipping & Information & Results

As I am from Switserland I got your results very fast and I was suprised how much Information was given to me. However now I'm a bit stuck what to do with it. There are recommendations for blood tests and I'm unsure what is really is necessary. I'm not shure how to adress this to my insurance company that they are willing to pay for those blood test. Health care in Switserland is very expensive so I don't like to do all the tests if not really needed. Diet and supplement recommendations are clear to me.

I just like you who is reading this now was unsure about spending the money for the methylation test. I did a lot of research and decided to go for stride and wow I was NOT disappointed. The process of sending of your results was easy to do and had simple steps to follow. I then received my results only 6 days later which was well in there time frame. I read my results and had some idea of what I then needed to do, to support this I then reached out to the Stride via email, they replied quickly and I made a consultation to review my results. This consultation was amazing , they went into deep detail about everything I needed to know and couldn’t do enough to help me and guide me on the right direction. I was extremely happy with how my consultation went. If you are reading this and you are unsure if it’s scam or it’s not going to be any real use , believe me I was the same and in ur shoes, and now I’m so glad I decided to do it , it has changed my life and diet for the better. Can’t thank stride enough.

Overall a good product with good service. My only slight complaint is that I was hoping for a bit more DNA information about my nutritional needs and whilst the information provided was good, I am aware that there is a lot more data available from assessing DNA. Having done a DNA test in the past I was given more information about general nutritional needs though that test didn’t include methylation information like Stride does. For details about methylation it was great though and in general a great test.

A great scientific analysis of genes

I found the in-depth analysis of genes really interesting. The reports are very comprehensive, highlighting the function and status of the studied genes. Alongside this, there are also nutritional recommendations. Overall, it's a very nice analysis 💪 A few potential areas for improvement: - Provide recommendations on whether to choose MS-01 or StrideDaily based on the analysis. - In my case, I would like to benefit from both MS-01 and StrideDaily, but they cannot be used simultaneously. A methylated version of StrideDaily would be great! I went for the MS-01, let's see the results in a few weeks 😀

Highly Recommend Stride

After 17 years on anti depressants for anxiety due to low serotonin, I have slowly managed to wean off the medication, usually always resulting in a huge relapses of anxiety and going back on them in a hurry. This time I have put measures in place to avoid this happening which was getting a dna test done and purchasing their recommended daily methylation support stack which to my suprise has worked wonders and has kept me at a good level where I am feeling good, sleeping well, not feeling drowsy in the morning and overall feeling less anxious!
