Very impressed!

I was very impressed with the service received and thorough reports. It did highlight a potential health concern which I am in the process of getting further checks done through my GP and all the signs are pointing to this being a legitimate illness. After reading these reports I opted for the other 3 reports and the fitness one in particular highlighted 3 areas of my body to strengthen of which two of those I do suffer recurring injuries. This blew my mind to be honest.

Almost perfect...

My first. The data seems to be quite in-depth and somewhat instructional. Although it contains technical terms that only professionals can understand, it also contains generalised sentences (e.g. eat chickpeas) and direct instructions such as "Consider getting a Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN) Test to check your kidneys' efficiency in excreting urea, and a blood test for ammonia levels. " Overall, it feels a bit generalised, but if you read and understand , it sure will be super helpful. The main reason that I am disappointed is because the downloadable PDF documents can not be "fully" understood by RAG or text-extraction methods. I have been working 3 days straight to do 100% extraction, but I found no straight-forward way other than piece by piece. Note: In the era we are in and with the data in these documents, it is not possible for normal people to understand, so it needs to be "translated" to understandable text and since the AI is the way, exported documents dont work that well.

Simple Test

I did the Stride Test just over a week ago. It was really easy to do and I now cannot wait to get the results and to have a much clearer idea of my health situation and supplement requirements going forward.

Wow! so much information. I am due for a diabetic check up in a few weeks and so it will be interesting what my diabetic nurse says. I am ready for him hahaha. I wont be cheeky, just ask questions hahaha. I had just started taking supplements my last check and my blood sugars were the lowest ever. I didnt tell him that I had stopped taking the poison that had been prescribed hahaha. The funny thing is that he is also diabetic. Never used to drink water - hydronated water now and eating more eggs. Got various supplements and Himalayan pink salt. It will really be interesting to hear the report that I will get back.

I fully recomend the DNA Methylation…

I recently took the DNA Methylation test and was eager to gain deeper insights into how my body functions. The experience surpassed my expectations, particularly the one-on-one session with Dietician Aletia. She provided excellent advice without any sales pressure, which I greatly appreciated. The test results were quite revealing—some of the findings were surprising, while others made perfect sense and connected a lot of dots for me. Not personalised!!!

I purchased the Methylation and Nutrition DNA test from Getstride, hoping for a personalized vitamin solution based on my DNA results. Unfortunately, I found the vitamins to be very generic, with no real personalization apart from the option to choose three additional supplements. The daily vitamin shot provides much lower doses than what my DNA results suggested I need. On top of that, the taste is incredibly sweet, like drinking concentrated sugar, and the ingredients are full of chemicals and fillers, which my body struggles to process. After taking the vitamins, I saw no improvement and instead started going to the bathroom 3-4 times a day. My wife, who also tried them, experienced stomach pain and had to stop. This product is misleading, not truly personalized, and just a poor-quality vitamin supplement. It's a shame I wasted money on a 3-month supply. The methylation DNA test results also recommended unnecessary supplements like folate, which I didn’t even need. I do not recommend this product at all.
