As a Functional Medicine Practitioner and Nutrition consultant, Stride is a company I trust. The personal approach post test helps to decipher complicated information into something that a patient can comprehend and take immediate personalized action toward better health. I’m tired of a system in health, where the root cause is not addressed and a protocol approach is used. I respect it for acute care but for chronic we need companies like Stride to help out the power of our choices back into our hands where they have always been. When we have any health issue, we must ask - why did this happen and see the causes within how we process our food, nutrients and take care of necessary lifestyle components. The power of our health remains in our hands and Stride gives us a super boost so we don’t feel alone or have to guess next steps. This test also works great in the Functional field as a practitioner because it takes less steps in figuring out a patients root cause when we understand how their genes interplay with their microbiome. Very pleased with this Company and excited to see their growth in a field that can help frankly all of us.

Can't recommend this highly enough

Can't recommend this highly enough! My DNA results highlighted a methylation issue that impairs a particular cognitive function, this explains symptoms I have struggled with for years. The nutritionist was able to decode this and advise on the supplement i need to take to support and ultimately repair this system. Now my stride daily will be tailored to include the results of my DNA test, meaning that I am not blindly taking supplements I don't need, but supplementing exactly where my body needs it most. This is the preventative healthcare at its finest, and this technology is hopefully the beginning of a much brighter health care future allowing us as consumers to understand our bodies at a DNA level.

Very efficient from ordering and receiving pack, return and results. Received the pack within 48hrs and returned within 24hrs. They acknowledged receipt less than 24hrs later. Royal Mail tracked pre enclosed envelope. Results received in 6 working days Now I may have got the pony express but great service all round The results of test are very detailed…. But thankfully a synopsis of each is given in relation to effect and actionable response to each. EXCELLENT
