It took almost a full month to get my results and 10 or so emails to move the process along. But on a positive note, when I had my one on one consultant on the line I spoke with the most knowledgeable person I think I have ever spoken with and she has helped me immensely.

I want to point out make sure you book your consultation as without this it is quite hard to understand your full regular , I just had my results call with Deena, and she was absolutely wonderful. She walked me through my DNA data with so much care and fluency, making everything easy to grasp. I walked away with a clear, actionable plan on how to improve my life based on my unique results. I truly enjoyed our conversation—thank you, Deena!

BOUGHT STRIDE OPTIMAL DNA KIT FROM AMAZON. KIT WAS CANCELLED, HAD TO RE ORDER. AFTER COMPLETEING TEST, I WAS THEN AUTOMATICALLY SENT ANOTHER TEST WITH NO NOTIFICATION I NEEDED TO RETEST, ONCE FINALLY COMPLETED, I PERSONALLY FOUND RESULTS UNINTERPRETABLE, SO FOUND IT DIFFICULT TO ACTION WHAT MY BODY ACTUALLY NEEDED. NO FOLLOW UP CONSULTATION, ONLY UPSELL MARKETING EMAILS. Sorry had high hopes, but genuinely don’t think it’s worth the money.

Exactly as advertised, amazing company!

My experience with Stride DNA was excellent. The test results were presented in a clear, easy-to-understand report, and the consultation with Deena was especially valuable. She took the time to walk me through the entire report, highlight areas to monitor, and suggest potential blood work to discuss with my doctor. She also identified foods and other factors I may want to avoid moving forward. I would recommend Stride DNA to anyone interested in gaining a deeper understanding of how their body functions at a genetic level.

The best DNA testing

I have been looking around for years trying to find the right testing and finally decided on going with Stride after a friend recommended them. So pleased I went with this company. The level of detail, customer service, quality of testing and the consultation afterwards was remarkable. It blew my mind how much I got from the test and especially the consultation with Bianca afterwards to discuss my results. She made sure we went through every single detail until I fully understood my results and allowed so much more time for any questions I had. If you're wanting to find an alternative to the much spoken about 'Brecka test', this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed!

It’s not an understatement to say that stride tests have changed my life. It’s confirmed some health concerns that I had, past chronic illnesses and why I thrive with certain foods. Data mix up. Was sent the wrong report

Received my Stride report that said "genotype not found" for all results and incorrect findings/conclusions. The company subsequently replied that the original findings were incorrect and sent me a new report with the revised findings/conclusions. Difficult to trust the report findings after this massive screw up. No email apology or explanation.

Molecular Biology made easier….

I had a consultation with Deena regarding my DNA profile and concerns regarding my health. Deena was excellent, highly professional and absolutely lovely. I enjoyed her manner of explaining the more complicated aspects of genetics and how it related to my health. Deena has since replied to my email regarding advice for the appropriate supplements.
