Test was easy and Deena S. the dietician was great in giving practical advice about improvements in diet that would likely lead to better health indicators. Really impressed with Stride.

I’m really happy with my experience with Stride. The DNA test was so easy to do, and I was amazed by how much information came back from such a simple cheek swab. I then had the blood test, which looked at a whole different side of things - everything from nutrients and hormones, to cholesterol and general health markers. It was really interesting to see what was actually going on in my body rather than just guessing based on how I felt. As a young woman with some hormonal imbalances and a big sporting background, where injury ultimately stopped me from competing at an elite level, having this kind of insight has been really valuable. The results have helped me understand my body in a way I don’t think I ever really have before. Some of the genetic findings, like discovering I have a genetic predisposition towards a higher risk of injury, actually made sense of things I’ve experienced for years, while other results highlighted things I’d never really thought about before. It’s given me so much more context around my health and, importantly, a clearer idea of what I want to explore further. The blood results highlighted something in relation to PCOS that I’m now taking to my GP to explore further - something I’d wondered about for a long time but never really knew how to investigate. After a long time of trying to piece things together, having something tangible to take to my GP feels empowering & has given me a much clearer starting point. The online platform is really easy to navigate too. It breaks down each marker in a simple way, shows whether you’re in range, and then explains what that might mean in practical terms. Having everything explained properly made such a difference, and I feel like I understood my results rather than just having a load of information thrown at me. It’s rare to come away from a health experience feeling both excited by what you’ve learned and actually motivated to make changes. Really glad I did it. Definitely the more worthwhile thing I have done for my health.

Accuracy not guesswork

I took the test including the gut health. I loved that I got to speak to a doctor to go through all supplements & make adjustments. It helped tremendously in my cancer recovery & I continue knowing markers to monitor rather than rely on guesswork.

Following my recent DNA test results…

Following my recent DNA test results from Stride I had a consultation this morning with Nomsa, who talked me through my results and gave clear and helpful suggestions as to how to implement the best changes for my health. After years of getting nowhere and having to research information and then apply a bit of guesswork for my health concerns I finally feel more confident thanks to Stride providing clear DNA information which has made things fall into place for me . Detailed and personalized approach to health

I was very impressed with the ability to review my information either in a very detailed way or as a quick summary of highlights and subsequent recommendations. The breadth of detailed information gleaned from my DNA analysis was impressive, ranging from fitness, nutrition, methylation, skin and sleep. I feel encouraged in being able to target specific deficiencies through supplementation vs. trying different supplements ambiguously without really understanding my own body's particular needs.

I highly recommend physiotherapist Mrs

I highly recommend physiotherapist Mrs. Sam Maund. She has been my physiotherapist after two surgeries, and I am very grateful that she is working with me. After a total knee replacement, even after one month I still have problems bending my knee. I cannot lift my leg and I cannot get out of bed on my own. Sam supports me very understandingly, both emotionally and physically, and she carries out the physiotherapy very gently, according to what I am able to tolerate. I understand the recommendations to take a lot of pain medication and to use an aggressive knee-bending method, but I cannot adapt this approach for myself because I simply cannot make myself endure that level of pain. A very big thank you once again. I wish that everyone who needs help could have such warm-hearted people working with them. Then I am sure the results would also be good.

For me it’s about knowing what works…

For me it’s about knowing what works and what doesn’t work thats what stride gives you through the ongoing testing and adjustments to diet and exercise consulting with there experts I’m 57 but really 64 making these changes allows me to spend more time with the grand kids
