Following my recent DNA test results…

Following my recent DNA test results from Stride I had a consultation this morning with Nomsa, who talked me through my results and gave clear and helpful suggestions as to how to implement the best changes for my health. After years of getting nowhere and having to research information and then apply a bit of guesswork for my health concerns I finally feel more confident thanks to Stride providing clear DNA information which has made things fall into place for me . Detailed and personalized approach to health

I was very impressed with the ability to review my information either in a very detailed way or as a quick summary of highlights and subsequent recommendations. The breadth of detailed information gleaned from my DNA analysis was impressive, ranging from fitness, nutrition, methylation, skin and sleep. I feel encouraged in being able to target specific deficiencies through supplementation vs. trying different supplements ambiguously without really understanding my own body's particular needs.

I highly recommend physiotherapist Mrs

I highly recommend physiotherapist Mrs. Sam Maund. She has been my physiotherapist after two surgeries, and I am very grateful that she is working with me. After a total knee replacement, even after one month I still have problems bending my knee. I cannot lift my leg and I cannot get out of bed on my own. Sam supports me very understandingly, both emotionally and physically, and she carries out the physiotherapy very gently, according to what I am able to tolerate. I understand the recommendations to take a lot of pain medication and to use an aggressive knee-bending method, but I cannot adapt this approach for myself because I simply cannot make myself endure that level of pain. A very big thank you once again. I wish that everyone who needs help could have such warm-hearted people working with them. Then I am sure the results would also be good.

For me it’s about knowing what works…

For me it’s about knowing what works and what doesn’t work thats what stride gives you through the ongoing testing and adjustments to diet and exercise consulting with there experts I’m 57 but really 64 making these changes allows me to spend more time with the grand kids

It took almost a full month to get my…

It took almost a full month to get my results and 10 or so emails to move the process along. But on a positive note, when I had my one on one consultant on the line I spoke with the most knowledgeable person I think I have ever spoken with and she has helped me immensely.

Expensive but great results.

Great service, a bit expensive butit got results. Only minor complaint is the sound on the zoom call with the consultant didn't work so that's why it's not 5 stars.

Recommend stride definitely

I want to point out make sure you book your consultation as without this it is quite hard to understand your full regular , I just had my results call with Deena, and she was absolutely wonderful. She walked me through my DNA data with so much care and fluency, making everything easy to grasp. I walked away with a clear, actionable plan on how to improve my life based on my unique results. I truly enjoyed our conversation—thank you, Deena!

STRIDE OPTIMAL DNA KIT - UNINTERPRETABLE …

BOUGHT STRIDE OPTIMAL DNA KIT FROM AMAZON. KIT WAS CANCELLED, HAD TO RE ORDER. AFTER COMPLETEING TEST, I WAS THEN AUTOMATICALLY SENT ANOTHER TEST WITH NO NOTIFICATION I NEEDED TO RETEST, ONCE FINALLY COMPLETED, I PERSONALLY FOUND RESULTS UNINTERPRETABLE, SO FOUND IT DIFFICULT TO ACTION WHAT MY BODY ACTUALLY NEEDED. NO FOLLOW UP CONSULTATION, ONLY UPSELL MARKETING EMAILS. Sorry had high hopes, but genuinely don’t think it’s worth the money.
