Excellent product and service !

Excellent product and service ! Very easy instructions to follow done in a matter of fact way. Whole process was seamless. Results in around 10 days, very comprehensive with extremely useful advice. Been having stomach issues for a while after being prescribed lanzaprozol and having a endoscopy. It's a great way of investigating what going on 'inside'. Fully recommend!

Did the job I hoped it would

So the test confirmed a few important detilas for me. Firstly that I do have the deffective gene that means I shouldn't have folic acid. Also a few other important details about vitamins and so on. It has been an invaluable bit of info that I think everyone should have.

Gut Bacteria / Stride Biome Test

I have been reading about how your gut bacteria is linked to general health so really wanted to see how diverse my gut bacteria was. The Stride Biome test was really easy to do and the results I got were surprising. I thought that I would have more gut bacteria diversity! The test has motivated me to make some changes to my diet and I already feel better for it. The test results gave me tips and advice about how I can improve my gut bacteria diversity. I hope to take another test in around 6 months to see if my results improve.

Lots of useful information to improve my health, the follow up meeting was really good and explained areas in more detail with steps to achieve improvements (with product examples to replace the vitamins etc I was taking with more effective options) Very good overall.

I wish I'd been able to do this years ago! So information to know that there are actually valid reasons why things affected me the way they did and it wasn't just my imagination or me loosing my marbles. Nomsa was amazing. Fast service

I received my results in about 10 days from delivery. I appreciate the turn around time. I wanted answers to my health needs and I started working on it right away. Feeling generally better (blood pressure, energy) after 4 months of self supplementing, but I could use guidance in how much to take of each vitamin/mineral/supplement. The report is a little complicated to follow but I haven’t used the free counseling yet or the supplement packs. I’ll need blood test to see if my supplementation is helping my blood levels. Still I’m on the right path to a healthier lifestyle. Great price for insight into your health.

Best thing I've ever done

Took me 6 months thinking weather to do this or not. Glad I did very interesting to see my diet was effecting my life I have always had problems with my guts and sleep. With Stride I have been able to find out why. I would recommend using Nomsa Mokoena (Stride dietitian) to explained what you have to do was really helpful once you have the results.

Life changing results

Brilliant company. Easy to do, results in 2 weeks. Easy to read reports. Told me a few things I already was aware of, but more things I wasn't. Already promoted via Facebook, friends and family. Without a doubt, these tests should be on nhs and for every gp to use for their patients.. The missing raw materials could literally change people's lives, once they can adapt their diet.

What an eye opener

Absolutely easy from start to finish The test arrives , easy to follow instructions to complete test & send back. Results arrived within 10 days from posting. The results were easy enough to understand but the extra added consultation was fabulous The lovely Nomsa explained everything simply & what I required going forward All this made so much sense & everyone should have this test it reveals soo much about your body. What amazed me most was that at no point did this feel like a sales pitch to get me to buy further from the company I will be recommending my family take this test ASAP Thank you Stride
