What an eye opener

Absolutely easy from start to finish The test arrives , easy to follow instructions to complete test & send back. Results arrived within 10 days from posting. The results were easy enough to understand but the extra added consultation was fabulous The lovely Nomsa explained everything simply & what I required going forward All this made so much sense & everyone should have this test it reveals soo much about your body. I feel like a weight has been lifted....

Hopefully this test will have helped me to get to the root of many decades of 'on and off' health issues. I already suspected certain causes and supplement for them so this was a wave of relief that I had been correct. This has explained everything so clearly that I now have much better understanding how my body works (which is different to most of the population). The follow up videocall explained all the bits I didn't understand in my report and gave me much more in depth information on my genetic predispositions and what I could do to improve my health outcomes. I will be acting on all the recommendations.

A slow miraculous shift

It took some time to digest all of the information from the methylation test. To understand how one thing affects another, which ultimately led to the decision to purchase the methylated B complex. Arguably one of the most profound changes I have experienced from taking any kind of vitamin or supplement. Subtle but positively profound. Most of these changes related to mental clarity, calmness, resistance to stress, reduced restlessness during sleep etc.. any pre-existing skepticism is gone. Very happy overall

Shipping to Germany was extremely fast (1,5 days) and my swab was collected to be sent back 2 hours later. I got my result within 9 days after arrival in the UK. I’ve been struggling with my health for 3,5 years now and have mainly been suffering from severe chronic fatigue. B12 injections had been helping a lot but I could never put my finger on why certain supplements made me feel worse, even though they were supposed to help the methylation cycle. My Stride results were very surprising to me and I‘m very happy I decided to have my DNA tested. I now finally understand why I had been cycling between overmethylation and undermethylation and feel a lot more confident to address this in the future. There are cheaper tests out there but overall I feel stride is worth it for what they offer.

Methylation Report

I'm glad I bothered to get this done. It led to an explanation of my slow demise of my health in older age. Apparently I have a mutation in both sets of DNA which must have led to the B vitamin shortages causing my metabolism to decline in multiple areas such as neuropathy issues. Due to the excellent reports included with it, I can now get on with mitigating the issues instead of experimenting for a long time. I was already on methylated B complex and water kefir but it obviously wasn't enough so have just ordered sub lingual and have gone over to milk kefir . Also I will be making L Reuterei Yoghurt to add more probiotics because I know I have also got varying levels of SIBO and methanogens for the last four years which probably led to malabsorption issues prbably aided by heightened levels 0f h-pylori. I also learned from this and other studies it led me into, that more stomach acid (betaine HCL) would help. I would certainly recommend this test to everybody. It will certainly make you take all the necessary steps to prevent your health deteriating into a neuropathy state.

Life changing

Be prepared to be scratching your head, as all you have been told over these about your body, as in my case, was wrong and you need to understand and take on board the sheer amazement of your results, it’s a slow process as what to do first, which is a mind field, I can say though the first change I made was subscribing to taking stride MS-01 the difference that has made is astounding, I’m so looking forward to my new life now I have the correct background, my son has since completed the test and also why have I not been told this before, exciting health times ahead, great service stride, thank you

Worth every penny and potentially life changing for my daughter

My daughter has suffered from fatigue, eczema, mouth sores at times and tingling for the last 6 years. we have had numerous tests, gp visits and private gp visits and have struggled to find any lasting solution. Ordering the stride test has been amazing and we are so glad that we followed up with a nutritionist appointment with a wonderful lady called Noma Mokoena who helped us to piece the report together and explain what was causing Ava's ongoing fatigue. My daughter is already feeling much better with the personalised supplements which she started in December and I feel the advice and what we can increase will help us further to get her health on track.
