Great health test.

You only need to carry out this methylation test once so it’s worth doing it right. I was impressed with the quality of the initial documentation that was sent out. While I was dubious about having the in person review I’m so glad I did. I couldn’t believe how knowledgeable and insightful the lady was (apologies I don’t remember her name). They even send a transcript of the conversation which I thought was a nice touch. Would suggest that everyone carries out this test, and 100% recommend using Stripe to provide it.

Very informative and helpful DNA methylation test

The test was easy to take and send and the results came back fairly quickly, with an invitation for a follow up consultation with a Stride nutritionist. My follow up consultation was with Bianca, who is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, providing excellent, up to date advice, on how to modify my current supplementation and diet to optimise my health, using the results of the DNA methylation test. I would highly recommend Stride and in particular Bianca for the excellent advice provided

Easy to love

Love my daily Stride. Taste isn't amazing but I am also keeping in mind that these are vitamins/collagens/other suppl. so I was not expecting a tasty treat. This being said, taking my daily supplement is an easy step in my daily routine and makes me feel good - knowing I provide my body with the necessary so things run smoothly. Individual packets are easy to bring on short trips/vacation. Customer service is super helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a little health boost in the midst of our crazy lifestyle.

Easy and quick process

I decided to do a Stride blood test as I was interested in measuring markers that are not usually done in normal blood tests. Nurse came to my house, easy to book and she was quick and friendly. Results within a week. Really easy to understand results. Planning to do again in 6 months to check some of the markers. Highly recommend.

I think my consultant Nomsa was lovely, knowledgeable, and helpful. She gets 5 stars for me. Overall though, I would take a star away from the website thought as I do wish Stride the Company through the website would consolidate the findings to provide a quick summarized list of foods and supplements to eat and use specific to my data to make it easier to follow everything. I find it frustrating I need to take the AI notes and drop them into Notebook LM to try and get a summarized list. It would be better if Stride's website would take my data and create the food and supplement list to ensure it is correct and all my information is in one area.

Love it!

I’m doing lots of bio hacks to make me feel like the best version of myself and the stride est and supplement has made a world of difference to me. I’m 72 and have osteoporosis but I don’t want to have any more medication for it. I’m hoping what I am doing will improve my bone health. I hope to do more of the tests you offer at some point in the near future.
