Can't recommend this highly enough

Can't recommend this highly enough! My DNA results highlighted a methylation issue that impairs a particular cognitive function, this explains symptoms I have struggled with for years. The nutritionist was able to decode this and advise on the supplement i need to take to support and ultimately repair this system. Now my stride daily will be tailored to include the results of my DNA test, meaning that I am not blindly taking supplements I don't need, but supplementing exactly where my body needs it most. This is the preventative healthcare at its finest, and this technology is hopefully the beginning of a much brighter health care future allowing us as consumers to understand our bodies at a DNA level.

Very efficient from ordering and receiving pack, return and results. Received the pack within 48hrs and returned within 24hrs. They acknowledged receipt less than 24hrs later. Royal Mail tracked pre enclosed envelope. Results received in 6 working days Now I may have got the pony express but great service all round The results of test are very detailed…. But thankfully a synopsis of each is given in relation to effect and actionable response to each. EXCELLENT

one and done

I am always trying new supplements to support my health and this has been very simple. I use it to wash down my other pills in the am and I have been religious about taking it everyday. I have noticed my mood being sunnier but not sure if I am just in a better frame of mind or if this has something to do with it. I want to change the formula to add some of the recommendations from the DNA test but am not able to do so. I have emailed so hopefully customer service will respond on Monday (it is Sunday am).

Interesting insight

One of the few take aways I got that was amazing is that I am actually NOT lactose intolerant. This is weird as I did the blood test for a few other companies to see what I am sensitive to and milk was on the list. The rest was not shocking. I opted in for it with my first month of Stride daily and was happy I did.

Very Clear Shipping & Information & Results

As I am from Switserland I got your results very fast and I was suprised how much Information was given to me. However now I'm a bit stuck what to do with it. There are recommendations for blood tests and I'm unsure what is really is necessary. I'm not shure how to adress this to my insurance company that they are willing to pay for those blood test. Health care in Switserland is very expensive so I don't like to do all the tests if not really needed. Diet and supplement recommendations are clear to me.
