Great Methylation report and customer service

I discovered Stride through Trustpilot and was impressed by their high rating of 4.8/5, especially compared to other companies offering methylation tests, which often averaged around 3/5. This strong reputation gave me confidence to move forward with Stride, and I’m glad I did. The shipping process was efficient—even with international delivery, both the delivery and return of the swab were handled quickly. The turnaround time for the methylation test and results was well within the promised 10 days. Booking a consultation with Kylie M. was easy, and she did a fantastic job explaining my results clearly. I also appreciated her prompt and helpful responses to my follow-up questions via email. I was genuinely impressed by how accurately the results reflected how my body processes certain foods. I now have a much better understanding of what to avoid and what supports my body best. The only downside is the international shipping cost for supplements to Australia—$70 is quite steep. To make it more economical, I’ll likely order in bulk (around 8 bottles) to offset the shipping fee. That said, the supplements themselves are quite affordable, even after converting to AUD. Overall, I highly recommend Stride. The service, insights, and support exceeded my expectations.

Needed information and boy! Was it worth it!

So I understood that a phlebotomist would visit my house to draw blood - that all worked fine. My sample was tested and the results were back with me after about 6 days. I learned that my hormone levels were off the scale (the bottom of!) despite being on HRT so of course, that armed me with info to take to the Drs. I am not sure when I’ll redo the bloods or even if I’ll need to but thanks to Stride, I’m aware of an issue now.

Wish I knew this years ago

Stride have been absolutely fantastic. The in-depth assessment of my DNA is one thing that has helped me to better my health when I really needed it. The cost was the best I could find, the efficiency in time, both the delivery and the time in which it took to recieve my results was also great. The information shared about my results and the depth of the results is fantastic and the consultation meeting and support given by Nomsa ensures that the way in which you digest the information is secure. Great service. I'm very happy

I'm definitely enjoying the quality of my B complex supplements. I'm a full time subscriber and for sure having a methylated version of B vitamins is a must. Don't be fooled by other B vitamins. Not everything in life is a level playing field. MS-01 is a quality product.

Efficient and informative

I purchased a Stride Metnylation Test + Nutrition etc. The test process was straight forward. Results on the portal were very detailed with clear and helpful explanations, confirming long suspected reasons behind some of my hormone issues. My consultation with the nutritionist (Nomsa) lasted an hour and she was very helpful, advising on diet (and possible supplements, but not pushing their own products, which would have made me wary!). Pleasantly surprised :)

This company revolutionise my health!!!

I started my health journey just over a year ago, pretty much at the same time Stride started operating. I remember trying to figure out everything about the tests available at the time, the different options, and the genes tested. I probably asked over 30 questions, and that's where I realised what a fantastic company I was dealing with. The patience, the level of knowledge and the enthusiasm never lacked. All the opposite with every interaction, I had a clearer sense of "yes, those are going to deliver". Following the stride methylation with nutrition, I have rearranged my supplement and nootropic stacks, and never felt so motivated, never had so much ambition and energy. But the most important thing is a deep understanding of myself on a physiological level. It's very hard to decipher all the messages our body sends us, but once you have done the test, all comes clear, intuitions are confirmed, and little and bigger ailments are easier to figure out. In my case, the nutrition report confirmed that I am lactose intolerant. This piece of information is a game changer for me, as I have been surrounded by milk all my life, not understanding what is triggering my IBS. Long story short, at this price and this level of customer service. I got my mum, siblings and nephews on it. And I highly recommend you do the same for the health of your family. The team at Stride - I never writte review, but I really neede to let the world know what an amazing job you are all doing.

Methylation test

I had a methylation and microbiome test done with stride. Haven't had the biome results back just yet but have had a consultation with a woman called Nomsa to go over my results and let me know what supplements and dietary changes I need to take/make due to some gene mutations I didn't realise I had. She was absolutely amazing... I have struggled with my mental health amongst other things my entire life, now I know why and have been given new hope on how to help myself in the future.

Amazing service
