I was very impressed with the level of reporting and the feedback session. The stride advisor was very good at explaining in simple terms my results and what I could do to improve my health in areas relating to my DNA results and the micro-biome testing. The supplement was suggested as a solution but it was such a soft sell.....to the point she recommended other stand alone supplements. I appreciated that as it didn't feel like i was being badly advised. I also did some quite extensive research using AI to test the recommendation's and the reporting and to prepare questions to ask at my review. I was very pleased to see how well they aligned. Ive being taking the supplement for 6-12 months now and I see it as an integral part of my proactive approach to my health and wellbeing. I will do follow up tests in due course to review my markers and adjust any supplements accordingly. My aim is to take the majority of supplementation from natural food sources and only top up with what my markers tell me I need, rather than just take for the sake of it. Overall I'm very happy with the Stride programme.

Two things - the delivery of my next bottle of pills is as regular as I need it to be and also the way in which my bowels seem to have regained a rhythm - all good. I don’t really know if mental clarity or better cognition has come on as much but I guess one can hope that with a healthier gut, those too will improve.

You only need to carry out this methylation test once so it’s worth doing it right. I was impressed with the quality of the initial documentation that was sent out. While I was dubious about having the in person review I’m so glad I did. I couldn’t believe how knowledgeable and insightful the lady was (apologies I don’t remember her name). They even send a transcript of the conversation which I thought was a nice touch. Would suggest that everyone carries out this test, and 100% recommend using Stripe to provide it.

The test was easy to take and send and the results came back fairly quickly, with an invitation for a follow up consultation with a Stride nutritionist. My follow up consultation was with Bianca, who is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, providing excellent, up to date advice, on how to modify my current supplementation and diet to optimise my health, using the results of the DNA methylation test. I would highly recommend Stride and in particular Bianca for the excellent advice provided

Love my daily Stride. Taste isn't amazing but I am also keeping in mind that these are vitamins/collagens/other suppl. so I was not expecting a tasty treat. This being said, taking my daily supplement is an easy step in my daily routine and makes me feel good - knowing I provide my body with the necessary so things run smoothly. Individual packets are easy to bring on short trips/vacation. Customer service is super helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a little health boost in the midst of our crazy lifestyle.

I decided to do a Stride blood test as I was interested in measuring markers that are not usually done in normal blood tests. Nurse came to my house, easy to book and she was quick and friendly. Results within a week. Really easy to understand results. Planning to do again in 6 months to check some of the markers. Highly recommend.

I’m doing lots of bio hacks to make me feel like the best version of myself and the stride est and supplement has made a world of difference to me. I’m 72 and have osteoporosis but I don’t want to have any more medication for it. I’m hoping what I am doing will improve my bone health. I discovered Stride through Trustpilot and was impressed by their high rating of 4.8/5, especially compared to other companies offering methylation tests, which often averaged around 3/5. This strong reputation gave me confidence to move forward with Stride, and I’m glad I did. The shipping process was efficient—even with international delivery, both the delivery and return of the swab were handled quickly. The turnaround time for the methylation test and results was well within the promised 10 days. Booking a consultation with Kylie M. was easy, and she did a fantastic job explaining my results clearly. I also appreciated her prompt and helpful responses to my follow-up questions via email. I was genuinely impressed by how accurately the results reflected how my body processes certain foods. I now have a much better understanding of what to avoid and what supports my body best. The only downside is the international shipping cost for supplements to Australia—$70 is quite steep. To make it more economical, I’ll likely order in bulk (around 8 bottles) to offset the shipping fee. That said, the supplements themselves are quite affordable, even after converting to AUD. Overall, I highly recommend Stride. The service, insights, and support exceeded my expectations.
