Methylation test

I had a methylation and microbiome test done with stride. Haven't had the biome results back just yet but have had a consultation with a woman called Nomsa to go over my results and let me know what supplements and dietary changes I need to take/make due to some gene mutations I didn't realise I had. She was absolutely amazing... I have struggled with my mental health amongst other things my entire life, now I know why and have been given new hope on how to help myself in the future.

Amazing service

Had a fantastic video call with a dietician, Kylie, who really enlightened me on exactly what my report means and what I should be doing moving forward to be 'optimal' in terms of of my body. This was then followed up with a comprehensive overview in written form for me to revert back to. I am very appreciative to Stride and to Kylie.

If you want an attack plan on how to make yourself feel better, this is for you.

I’ve loved learning more about my genetic makeup and what I need more/less in my life to feel healthier and more energy. With Stride things aren’t magically better right away but now I could set up a science backed plan that I can impelement which will support me. I have high hopes and am motivated because I have the data to back these lifestyle changes. Would recommend.

So I done the stride dna test, the report is full of great information. It takes a while to go through the information, I contacted stride for help. And they booked me a consultation with Kylie, she was absolutely brilliant. Very knowledgeable and informative. Couldn't do enough to help me. Definitely great test and company to deal with.

Looking for answers with Stride

I chose stride for 2 reasons. Turn around time and their own lab. I was looking for answers about methylation and nutritional deficiencies. The reports were very informative allowing me to make educated decisions on how I feed my body.

Really excellent from start to finish. Customer support communication was very prompt and professional. Nomsa, the registered dietician who gave me a very thorough talk through my results was excellent in my online meeting. Her knowledge, advice and patience were all exceptional.
