Highly Recommend Stride

After 17 years on anti depressants for anxiety due to low serotonin, I have slowly managed to wean off the medication, usually always resulting in a huge relapses of anxiety and going back on them in a hurry. This time I have put measures in place to avoid this happening which was getting a dna test done and purchasing their recommended daily methylation support stack which to my suprise has worked wonders and has kept me at a good level where I am feeling good, sleeping well, not feeling drowsy in the morning and overall feeling less anxious! You guys are doing a great job! Keep up the good work at Stride!

No flu since, loving the taste

Feeling Good!

I've taken my first full month of Stride MS-01 and the easy to swallow capsules settle very well in the stomach. I've taken a number of different B complex and experienced a churning stomach, repeating and very strong urine. I suppose the latter because they were unmethylated and my body wasn't absorbing it! This hasn't happened since taking Stride MS-01 and I feel great! I'm on my second month using their subscription service and for the price and high quality of the product I will continue to for the foreseeable.

Conducting the DNA analysis was fairly easy. The sending of the package, ordering and getting the package trough customs was not that easy BUT customer support was very helpful. At first I ordered the wrong package, and they took it back, without costs. It's to soon to say if it improves my health, but I really think this is the best way to approach tailor made supplements.
