1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

1.1. These terms and conditions (Terms) set out the rules for the “Win a Training Session with Olympic Gold Medallist Greg Rutherford” giveaway (Giveaway). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2. The Giveaway is organised by Stride Health Group Limited (we, us, our).

1.3. These Terms are in addition to, and do not replace, our standard Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1.4. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not enter the Giveaway.

2. WHAT’S UP FOR GRABS

2.1. The prize (Prize) consists of:

2.1.1. A private 1:1 training session with Greg Rutherford;

2.1.2. A meet-and-greet with Stride CEO Andrew Steele;

2.1.3. The option to bring one guest (your guest does not need to be a Stride customer);

2.1.4. The experience may be filmed and photographed (with your permission).

2.2. No cash alternative is available. The Prize is non-transferable, except for the guest invitation in clause 2.1.3.

2.3. Travel and accommodation are not included.

3. WHO CAN ENTER

3.1. This Giveaway is open to existing Stride customers who upgrade to StrideOne via one.getstride.com.

3.2. You must:

3.2.1. Be aged 18 or over at the time of entry;

3.2.2. Be resident in the United Kingdom;

3.2.3. Agree to these Terms.

3.3. The experience will take place in the UK.

3.4. Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1. To enter, upgrade to StrideOne between the start date of this Giveaway and 11:59 PM (UK time) on 31 August 2025.

4.2. Each eligible upgrade equals one entry.

5. FILMING AND CONSENT

5.1. By entering, you agree to be filmed and photographed during the Prize experience.

5.2. We may use this content for Stride marketing, social media, and our website.

5.3. You will be asked to sign a short image release form before the event day.

6. WHEN & WHERE

6.1. The Prize experience will take place at a UK location, with the date to be agreed between all parties.

6.2. We will do our best to accommodate your availability, but some flexibility will be required depending on Greg and Andrew’s schedules.

7. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

7.1. One winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.

7.2. The winner will be contacted by email on or before 7 September 2025.

7.3. If the winner does not respond within 5 working days, we may draw a new winner.

8. ADDITIONAL PERKS

8.1.1. With the StrideOne referral offer, your friend gets 10% off when they join, and you will receive 10% of their purchase value back in cash as a reward.

8.1.2. You will find your unique referral link after upgrading, which can be shared via WhatsApp, text, or email.

8.2.1. We are building a private space for StrideOne members to connect, share, and receive answers from our experts — including monthly Q&As and early access to insights.

8.2.2. This community is optional, invite-only, and free to join. Platform details will be shared soon with members.

9. GENERAL

9.1. We reserve the right to update these Terms if needed, always acting fairly.

9.2. The Prize has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged.

9.4. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
