The "Gary Brecka blood test" is the 10X Health Full Blood Panel, a test of more than 70 biomarkers that Brecka promoted as co-founder and public face of 10X Health. Independent reviews put its price at around $599, and only US residents can practically take it.

Brecka made the panel famous by reading results on podcasts, most memorably the bloodwork that persuaded UFC president Dana White to overhaul his health.

Whose test is it?

The test people associate with Brecka is the 10X Health blood test, sold by 10X Health System, the Florida wellness company he co-founded in 2021 with Grant Cardone and Brandon Dawson. Brecka, a former life-insurance mortality analyst who calls himself a human biologist, fronted its marketing.

The partnership ended in November 2024, when 10X Health's leadership dismissed Brecka and both sides went to court. Brecka now runs The Ultimate Human, a podcast, supplement and membership brand. What the Gary Brecka biomarker test checks

10X Health says its Full Blood Panel measures more than 70 biomarkers, against roughly 20 in a standard check-up. The company groups results around three pillars, blood sugar, hormones and nutrients, with organ function and a full blood count alongside.

Results arrive within 7 to 10 business days, followed by a one-to-one telehealth consultation with a 10X provider. 10X does not publish its full marker list, only these categories.

The full blood count and the "V formation"

Brecka's best-known analysis read Dana White's white blood cell counts as a "V formation" revealing hidden strain on the body. Clinicians and science writers criticised that reading: a full blood count reliably screens for infection, anaemia and inflammation, but a pattern-reading method needs published evidence before anyone acts on it.

What the Gary Brecka blood test costs

As of October 2026, 10X Health publishes no cost for its blood test online. Buyers book a call with a wellness advisor, who places the order, and independent reviews have reported a price of around $599.

The $599 buys entry, not the full programme. After your consultation, a 10X advisor helps you start supplements or prescriptions, including hormone therapy where you qualify. 10X also recommends retesting every six months, which doubles the yearly testing bill before you buy a single product.

Most public reviews cover 10X Health as a whole rather than the blood test alone. In mid-2026, 10X held a Trustpilot score of 4 out of 5 from more than 1,800 reviews, with 59% rating it five stars and 20% one star. That marks a sharp rise from 2024, when the score sat at 1.6.

Can you take it in the UK?

Not in any practical sense. 10X sends buyers to a Labcorp patient centre for the blood draw, and its providers hold licences in US states. A UK resident would need to fly to the US for the draw, and the consultation and prescriptions that follow sit inside the US healthcare system.

UK adults do have a free starting point. The NHS Health Check, offered every five years to people aged 40 to 74 without existing heart or kidney conditions, includes a cholesterol test and sometimes a diabetes risk test. It makes a sensible baseline, but it covers a handful of markers, not 70.

Brecka's original pitch linked methylation genes such as MTHFR to blood markers such as homocysteine, and that logic holds up.
