I like the combination of receiving an extensive report and a call with a dietician. Great for using this as a starting point for researching a couple of directions. The suggestion I have is combining all the different recommendations per section to 1 advice with supplements and dietary guidelines.

So I got my Methypation and Nutrigenetic reports down-loaded and printed off. I have studied the information with great interest and found that to a great degree I was aware of the deficiencies and risks and intuitively have been aiming my diet pretty much in the direction that is recommended by the reports. It can of reinforced what my body has been telling me for years. I now need to tailor my suppliments to the advice and have bought the recommended vitamins etc. However I'd be interested to potentially source them form Stride... so please send me the info necessary. So the test confirmed a few important detilas for me. Firstly that I do have the deffective gene that means I shouldn't have folic acid. Also a few other important details about vitamins and so on. It has been an invaluable bit of info that I think everyone should have.

I have been reading about how your gut bacteria is linked to general health so really wanted to see how diverse my gut bacteria was. The Stride Biome test was really easy to do and the results I got were surprising. I thought that I would have more gut bacteria diversity! The test has motivated me to make some changes to my diet and I already feel better for it. The test results gave me tips and advice about how I can improve my gut bacteria diversity. I hope to take another test in around 6 months to see if my results improve.

I received my results in about 10 days from delivery. I appreciate the turn around time. I wanted answers to my health needs and I started working on it right away. Feeling generally better (blood pressure, energy) after 4 months of self supplementing, but I could use guidance in how much to take of each vitamin/mineral/supplement. The report is a little complicated to follow but I haven’t used the free counseling yet or the supplement packs. I’ll need blood test to see if my supplementation is helping my blood levels. Still I’m on the right path to a healthier lifestyle. Great price for insight into your health.

Took me 6 months thinking weather to do this or not. Glad I did very interesting to see my diet was effecting my life I have always had problems with my guts and sleep. With Stride I have been able to find out why. I would recommend using Nomsa Mokoena (Stride dietitian) to explained what you have to do was really helpful once you have the results.

Brilliant company. Easy to do, results in 2 weeks. Easy to read reports. Told me a few things I already was aware of, but more things I wasn't. Already promoted via Facebook, friends and family. It took some time to digest all of the information from the methylation test. To understand how one thing affects another, which ultimately led to the decision to purchase the methylated B complex. Arguably one of the most profound changes I have experienced from taking any kind of vitamin or supplement. Subtle but positively profound. Most of these changes related to mental clarity, calmness, resistance to stress, reduced restlessness during sleep etc.. any pre-existing skepticism is gone. Get a test, take the time to understand it, satisfy your body’s deficiencies…. Wait for it 👍🏼
