SD-01: The next generation of StrideDaily

StrideDaily has always been about supporting a consistent foundation for daily health. Until now, that meant choosing a goal-based formula - different blends designed for energy, immunity, sleep support, or overall wellbeing. Each one had a unique ingredient profile built around a specific outcome.

As our diagnostic ecosystem expanded, and more people used DNA, gut, and blood testing to understand their biology, a clear pattern emerged. Most customers weren’t looking for separate formulas for each goal. They wanted one high-quality daily solution that supported multiple systems at once.

That’s what led to SD-01, our new unified StrideDaily formulation.

Why we moved beyond goal-based formulas

Goal-specific blends were helpful, but they also created unnecessary complexity. In reality, most health goals overlap; energy, immunity, cognition, inflammation, resilience, and hormonal balance are deeply interconnected. Improvements in one depend on the others.

SD-01 was built to reflect how biology works. Instead of choosing between several goal-based blends, customers now have one complete, once-daily liquid formula designed to support everyday health across multiple pathways.

SD-01 consolidates all previous StrideDaily versions into a single, high-absorption multivitamin. It’s designed to deliver wide-ranging support - energy, immunity, digestion, cognitive function, recovery, and overall wellbeing - without needing to pick a specific goal.

2. A more advanced nutrient architecture

SD-01 includes a potent blend of essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and cofactors, including:

• Methylated B vitamins (B2, B6, B9 as 5-MTHF, B12 as methylcobalamin)

• Magnesium bisglycinate

• Zinc, selenium, iodine, chromium

• Vitamins A, C, D3, E, and K2 (MK-7)

• Niacinamide (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), biotin (B7), thiamine (B1)

• Rosemary extract and mixed tocopherols

This upgraded nutrient profile offers broader, more complete support than any of our previous goal-based blends.

3. Upgraded liposomal delivery for enhanced absorption

SD-01 uses advanced liquid liposomes - tiny phospholipid spheres suspended in water - to encapsulate and protect nutrients through digestion. This allows them to reach the small intestine intact for efficient uptake.

Where traditional tablets can deliver as little as ~10% of their nutrient content, the liquid liposomal format offers significantly greater bioavailability so your body gets more of what matters.

4. High-absorption format, convenient daily dose

Like the previous formulas, SD-01 remains a once-daily liquid supplement packaged in easy-to-use sachets.
